Full-Service Diagnostics for Your Luxury Vehicles

With today’s technological advancement, modern vehicle systems can monitor all systems within your car. They can provide you with indicators of trouble areas long before an engine light or warning light notifies you what the problem is.

At Euro Auto House, we review with you all the fault codes we find. Although many codes do not need immediate repair, if there are any complications found that require any diagnostic fees or troubleshooting labor, they will be included with the estimate should you decide with the repairs.

Competitive Prices for Quality Services

Dealers use a matrix scale system top price repairs. Factory engineers determined that it should take a certain number of hours for the average technician to repair a specific problem. These issues were put in a book to indicate the duration of a certain repair job for a technician. If it states that it would take eight hours to do, then a customer will be charged for eight hours.

At Euro Auto House, we do not follow that matrix. We only charge our clients the hours that we worked and not the estimated one. Even if we assessed that a specific job would take eight hours, but we only worked for six, you are only billed for the six.

We utilize the STAR diagnostic system for Mercedes-Benz and GT1 Diagnostics for BMW. When you work with Euro Auto House, we ensure that your vehicle will be connected to the same diagnostic tools and equipment your dealer would use. All our services are performed by trained Mercedes-Benz technicians.

Services for Your Mercedes-Benz

Mercedes-Benz vehicles that were manufactured in 1998 and onwards follow the Flexible Service System (FSS). The FSS is a series of maintenance schedules that your Mercedes will need throughout the course of its life. While the most commonly known and used are Service A and Service B, these intervals can vary due to the age and model of your car, which sometimes reach as far as Service H.

Typically, most vehicles will need Services A every 10,000 to 13,000 miles, alternating with Service B. You can expect to take your Mercedes in for Service A at 10,000 miles and each subsequent 20,000 miles and for Service B at 20,000 miles and every successive 20,000 miles.

The best way to time your FFS intervals is by following you Maintenance Service Indicator system.

Your Maintenance Service Indicator (MSI)

The MSI will notify you when a service interval is needed approximately a month prior. It will give you countdown messages dictating which service is needed and how many days you have to schedule it (i.e., “Service A in XX Days”). You will also get notification by miles (i.e., “Service A in XX Miles”).

When a service interval is due, you will receive a “Service A Due Now” message. If you go past the date or mileage specified, you will get a message such as “Service A Exceeded by XX Days/Miles.” A tone or signal will also sound when you have exceeded the allotted time and mileage for the service interval.
